Booking Terms

Guest House B&B:
Deposit: The deposit is 1st nights accommodation per person
Cancellations: the full cost of reservation will be charged if not cancelled within seven days. Any deposit lost in the event of a cancellation.
Arrival time for Guest House Accomodation is 2:30pm, we ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10am

Self Catering Cottage:
Deposit: The deposit is 1/3 of the rent, or total if it is within eight weeks of the holiday.
Payment: £15 booking fee if paying on card. No charge if paying through bank transfer or cheque.
Cancellation: Any deposit will be lost on the event of a cancellation.
Arrival time for the Self Catering Cottage is 3pm, we ask that guests vacate by 10am
